Because that’s what you do when you like someone—you make an effort to engage with their interests and the things that they love to do. This one’s a classic. It’s hard to explain why, but whenever I have a crush on someone, their name just feels so good to say out loud!

If she is very shy, then she may not be able to initiate a conversation with you face-to-face. However, it’s possible that she will have the courage to talk to you online instead. If she talks to you online but shies away when she sees you, then the odds are she likes you a lot but is having a hard time showing it in person.

Hi. She comes over, “hey why’d you go away? ”. That’s obviously for any mature person, you would understand this, and that’s far I’m going to go with it because we’re already over 10 minutes. Because that’s really what you need when it comes to a girlfriend or a spouse and some guys just want that.

This does not necessarily mean she likes you. It could just be a conversational practice of hers. However, if she makes eye contact with you for an extended period of time without talking, or if she looks at you and breaks away the minute you look back at her, she may be intrigued by you.
